According to the US Department of Agriculture, the top three crops in the US are the following:
Corn: 78.3 million acres in the US were used to plant corn and produced 10.5 billion bushels.
Soybean: 75.5 million acres in the US were used to plant soybeans and produced 3.19 billion bushels.
Wheat: 46.8 million acres in the US were used to plant wheat and produced 1.81 billion bushels.
